Friendships, family relationships, partners, work colleagues, neighbours, . . . all have the potential to make our lives fuller and richer, or to create misery!
Many people benefit from support with marriage problems and help to look at feelings, what they really want and to think through their choices. Separation and divorce can be traumatic for both partners. Counselling can help people through this difficult time.
Counselling can help us to understand what is going on and establish more helpful patterns. It can also help us to be clear about what we want and need to flourish in a relationship, what a healthy relationship will be like for us and how to move towards that.
I do not normally do couple counselling. I actively welcome people from the local LGBTQ+ community.
